There are several ways to work with T.Hi.N.

  • Private sessions
  • Semi-private sessions (2-4 people)
  • Group sessions (5-10 people)

How we work

1. Change begins with the “What Is On Your Plate?” initial visit. The 1.5 hour meeting includes

  • Review of your health history
  • Body composition baseline test
  • Review of habits and practices
  • Establish health goals
  • Receive menus, recipes and information that will start you on your way, as well as a nutrition binder for storage.

2. Continue on your journey toward better health in the mode that works best for you:

  • Private Nutrition Counseling: One-on-one nutritional and lifestyle consults either at your home, office or coffee shop as it fits into your schedule. I prefer that we find a time that will work every week, but some flexibility is available. These meetings include review of short-term goals, problem-solving, new information and customized menu recommendations. Monthly body composition testing is also included.
  • Semi-Private Nutrition Counseling: Form a group of your own or have Tracie help. These smaller groups (2-4 people) include a 30-minute private counseling session by phone or in person each week or every other week (depending on your group). These meetings include review of short-term goals, problem-solving, new information and customized menu recommendations. Monthly body composition testing is also included.
  • Group Classes – Long-term group classes (8 weeks or more) can be created with up to 10 people for a lower rate. Although these classes do not include private counseling, they will provide lots of great information, support from your peers, menus, recipes and goal-setting.

3. Supplement your ongoing consulting with these fun activities.

  • Grocery Store Shopping Tours – You pick the location and I teach you how to read labels and make the healthiest choices at any store. Let’s go through your usual shopping list and see how to best fill it with T.Hi.N.-appropriate foods. One-on-one and group tours available.
  • Pantry Overhaul – I come to your home and take a look at what’s in the cupboards. Clearing out unhealthy foods is an important step in creating a home environment conducive to achieving health goals.
  • Cooking Demonstrations – I am available for in home cooking demonstrations for individuals and groups. I’ll create a menu based on your health needs, dietary restrictions and culinary preferences. All nutritional aspects of food prepared will be explained as well as cooking techniques. Demonstrations will be hands on and interactive.
